Neilson Hammer is an asset-based real estate company. We focus on renovating and building multifamily housing in the city's fastest-growing neighborhoods, and we develop commercial and mixed-use projects.

Our services include the acquisition, development, construction, marketing, and management of our portfolio, seeking significant returns for the company and its investment partners.

Our principals have spent their adult lives in Los Angeles and bring deep business and real estate experience. Each member of the team leads a specific part of the process, which lets the firm quickly assess current and future value on every property.

We look for neglected buildings that need real repair. After acquisition we strip each one to the studs and rebuild it to today's standards, from new plumbing and electrical to drought-tolerant landscaping.
